Michael DucaMichael Duca is currently the Executive Vice President at Cambridge Trust Company. He is the former managing director and the Office Director for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in Boston. While at Deutsche Bank, he oversaw new business development and client management in the Boston area and was the senior contact person for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, their attorneys and other advisors.
With more than 25 years of financial services experience, Mr. Duca joined Private Wealth Management in August 2004 from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a managing director in the Private Client Services group. He was also a managing director and sales manager for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (now part of Credit Suisse) and has held positions in fixed-income sales for Goldman Sachs and Co. Mr. Duca serves as a Research Fellow to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Age Lab.
He earned a B.A. in economics from Holy Cross College in Massachusetts and an M.B.A. in finance from The Darden School of Graduate Business Administration at the University of Virginia. David HansonDave Hanson is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of Fulton Financial Advisors, the Corporation’s wealth management, brokerage and trust services subsidiary. Before joining Fulton Fianancial, Dave spent 19 years with SunTrust Banks in a variety of positions including Closely Held Business Analyst and Business Development officer. Dave managed SunTrust Private Client Services offices in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. During recent years, Dave has worked in Corporate Strategies and Mergers and Acquisition related roles. Prior to joining SunTrust, Dave was a Senior Accountant for the accounting firm of Deloitte Touche. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and Tennessee in 1987 and 1996, respectively. He earned series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses in 1994, became a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor in 1997, and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2000. Dave sits on the Advisory Board of the ABA Wealth Management Conference and co-chaired the Advisory Board of ABA Private Wealth Management School. He is a past Chair and of the ABA National Graduate Trust School and served on the faculty of that school for several years.
Jeffrey W. DurkeeMr. Durkee is currently with M&T Bank as President of the Investment Group. Before he joined M&T, Mr. Durkee was with Mercantile as Chairman and CEO of Private Wealth Management. Prior to joining the Mercantile Team Mr. Durkee was the Senior Vice President, Director of the Southern Division, and served on the Board of Legg Mason Wood Walker until the merger with Citigroup/Smith Barney, at which time he assumed a leadership role in the integration of the firms. He was the director of the Legg Mason Leadership Institute and Founder of the Legg Mason Mentoring Program, which was awarded the Excellence in Mentoring Award in Maryland.Mr. Durkee began his career in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Consultant and held management positions in Akron, Ohio; Corpus Christi, Texas; Los Angeles, California; and Princeton, New Jersey before joining Legg Mason.>He is a graduate of the SIA Wharton Securities Industry Institute as well as the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Class of 1999, and also a member of the FSDA Board of Governors. He functions as Trustee of the Board of Garrison Forest School and The Odyssey School. He also serves on the Executive Committee of The Maryland Mentoring Partnership and is a member of the United Way Success by 6 Committee. Agraduate of Floriday State University, Mr. Durkee was awarded the Garnet and Gold Key Honor while completing a degree in Business Administration.

Saint-Amour holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College, and graduated from the IMD Program of Executive Strategic Planning in Lausanne, Switzerland in 2000. Christopher S. MooreChristopher S. Moore is currently the President of CSM Capital Corporation, a New York based asset management company serving the investment needs of wealthy families and small to mid-sized institutions. Before CSM Capital Corporation, Mr. Moore was Vice Chairman of ABN AMRO. Prior to the acquisition of ING Barings LLC by ABN AMRO, he was a Senior Managing Director of ING Barings LLC and head of Corporate Finance in the Americas and Deputy Chief Executive of the Americas. Mr. Moore was a member of the firm’s Corporate and Investment Banking Operating Committee and the Regional Management Committee.Mr. Moore joined Furman Selz in June 1996 as head of Fixed Income High Yield. Mr. Moore was a member of the firm’s Board of Directors as well as the Operating Committee. Mr. Moore later became Chairman of the Operating Committee of the Investment Banking Group.Prior to that, Mr. Moore joined UBS Securities Inc. in April 1993 as a Managing Director in charge of Fixed Income Capital Markets and a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Committee.Mr. Moore was previously President of Field Point Capital Corporation, a Greenwich -based merchant banking firm from January 1990 through April 1993. Prior to joining Field Point Capital, Mr. Moore was with Columbia Savings and Loan Association as an Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Finance and a member of its Executive Committee.Before joining Columbia in March 1989, Mr. Moore had been with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as a General Partner and, ultimately, a Senior Managing Director since 1984 in charge of their Capital Markets and International Corporate Finance Departments. He also served as a member of the firm’s Management and Commitment Committees. Prior to that, Mr. Moore was a Vice President at E.F. Hutton and Co., Inc.Mr. Moore received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1979. He is 47 years old and resides in New York and Southampton. His two children, Emerson and Timothy, reside in London, England.
