Laura Falkinburg
Laura Falkinburg joined Knightsbridge Advisors in 2012 and runs the team of executors. She has over 20 years of strategic and tactical experience in the recruiting industry, with a primary focus on financial services. She is responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting the highest quality candidates in the marketplace for our clients’ needs.
Laura worked at KeyBank’s Cleveland Headquarters for nine years, where her most recent role was Vice President, Executive Recruiter. She was responsible for the sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring of executive-level talent across the KeyCorp enterprise. Laura joined Key in 2003 as a Senior Recruiter where she successfully drove the recruiting efforts for the Corporate Bank as an effective strategic business partner. Prior to her career at KeyBank, Laura worked at The Cleveland Clinic as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Laura graduated in 1995 from Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration along with a minor in Communications. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. Laura is a board member of John Owen’s Adventure, Inc. and is an active volunteer with the Special Olympics, Connecting For Kids and Camp Imagine.
