Robert Fernandez
Robert Fernandez heads Knightsbridge’s three-person research team, and he brings more than 25 years of executive search and investigative experience.
Robert Fernandez brings more than 25 years of executive search and investigative experience. Before founding RGF Solutions in 2003, Robert gained invaluable experience at CTPartners as Manager of Research and the Subject Matter Expert for both the Professional Services and Financial Services Sector from 1998 to 2002.
Today, Robert has managed more than 5,000 assignments in over 12 different industry sectors with a focus in Sales, Finance, Business Development, Cloud, Big Data Analytics and Security. In the Financial Services Industry, he has managed a team focused on assignments in Wealth Management with a focus in Ultra High-net Worth services. Prior to CTPartners, Robert worked at Medical Mutual of Ohio (formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio) where he initially honed his investigative skills in their Fraud Investigations Department as a Researcher and Investigative Specialist from 1992 to 1998.
